237% Increase in Online Registrations

BOMI had a problem with their navigation and homepage.  Users coming to the BOMI site didn’t know what they did at a glance and they didn’t have a clear call to action.  BOMI engaged TerpSys to implement a new homepage and top-level navigation that would encourage online registration for their courses.

The result of our effort is that BOMI has had a 237% increase in online registrations since the new homepage and navigation was implemented.  TerpSys helped BOMI:

• Develop a Homepage Wireframe – The new wireframe focuses the user with prominent calls to action.

• Refine Navigation – The new top-level navigation promotes their courses and designations.

• Upgrade Ektron – An older version of Ektron was upgraded to Ektron 8.6 SP1 to take advantage of new software features.

• Implement Structured Content – Administrative overhead in maintaining the site is now reduced.
