TerpSys acquires Apex Digital Systems, Inc.
(Rockville, Maryland) - TerpSys acquires Apex Digital Systems, Inc. of Silver Spring, Maryland. The acquisition will add to TerpSys' growing Internet Business Solutions division supporting government, commercial, and nonprofit clients. The Apex team will join TerpSys' Internet Business Solutions (IBS) group, adding process improvement consulting, and expanding IBS' high-end custom application design and development capabilities.
